FRONTDESK PH

Questions

The questions dentists actually ask.

If yours is not here, send it to us and we will answer it plainly.

Would I not be better off hiring another receptionist?

For the desk, yes. For this, no. A second receptionist still goes home at six, still answers one person at a time, and still cannot remember four hundred patients due back in six months. We work at ten at night, on Sundays, and on the days your staff are out sick. We are not a replacement for her, we are the shift she does not work.

That is more than I pay my receptionist.

It is. Look at it against the patients you never hear about instead. If the messages that arrive after closing and the patients who never came back for a check add up to less than the fee, we are not worth it, and the audit will tell you that before you pay us anything.

What if your bot says something wrong to my patient?

It answers only from a sheet you fill in, with your prices, your hours, your services and your rules. Anything that is not on that sheet gets handed to a person instead of guessed at. You can read every conversation it has, you can correct the sheet any time, and you can switch it off.

It will tell a patient which HMO cards you accept, from your list. It never says what a plan covers. That is your conversation, not ours.

Do I lose anything if I stop?

No. Your Facebook page and your Google listing stay in your name, they were always yours. The patient list and the calendar are yours and we hand them over in a file you can open. The website we build stays yours. Tell us at the end of any month and that is the end of it.

My chair is already full.

Then you do not need us. We only work with clinics that want more patients than they have, and if the audit shows your days are packed we will tell you so and leave you alone.

Do you touch my patient records?

No. We hold names, mobile numbers and appointment times, which is what booking a patient needs. We do not touch your clinical records, your payments or your HMO claims, and we do not want to. We stop at the clinic door.

Do I have to change how the clinic runs?

No. You keep your logbook or your records system if you want it. Your receptionist gets a login and sees the same calendar we book into. Setting up takes one sitting with you to fill in the sheet, and after that you carry on as you were.

Where do you work?

With dental clinics anywhere in the Philippines. The work is done online, so where your clinic is does not change what we do. We take on a small number of clinics at a time, and if we cannot look after yours properly we will say so.

Find out what your Facebook page and your Google listing are costing you.

Give us your clinic name and a way to reach you. We look at your page and your listing the way a patient does, and write you what we find. It is free, there is nothing to sign, and if we think you do not need us we will say so.
