FRONTDESK PH

About

We built the front desk, not a chatbot.

Frontdesk PH answers the messages small dental clinics never get to.

We look at a lot of clinics online, and the same pattern comes up almost every time. A Facebook page with messages nobody has answered for days, and a few of them asking a simple question about price. A Google listing with the wrong opening hours, or none at all. A handful of reviews, none of them answered. Often no website, so a patient searching the clinic's name finds almost nothing to look at.

Dead social pages are part of the same pattern. A clinic posts once in three months and nobody there notices what that looks like from outside. The patient checking them does not think the clinic is busy. She thinks the place might have closed, or that nobody else is going there. An empty page is not neutral. It costs the clinic the patient before anyone has spoken to anyone.

None of that is neglect. The dentist is treating patients. The receptionist is at the desk with someone in front of her and a phone ringing, and she goes home at six. Nobody in a small clinic has an hour a day to spend on a Facebook inbox. So the messages sit, and the people who sent them go somewhere that answered.

Plenty of agencies will sell a clinic a chatbot for a large setup fee and leave it running on the page. A chatbot answers a question and stops there. The patient still has to be booked, reminded, brought back when she cancels, asked for a review, and texted again in six months when she is due. Each of those is where a patient quietly falls out, and none of them is the interesting part of the job, which is exactly why they do not get done.

So we built the whole thing. Answer the message at any hour, book the patient into a live calendar, confirm and remind, refill the slot when she cancels, ask her for a review and reply to the ones you already have, keep the listing correct, post so the page does not look closed, and bring old patients back in. Then send the clinic a report every Monday, with a login and every conversation open to read, because a clinic owner should be able to check the work rather than trust it.

We are just as clear about where we stop. We do not touch payments, HMO claims or coverage checks, patient records, or anything clinical. We will tell a patient which HMO cards a clinic accepts, from a list the clinic gives us, and we never say what a plan covers. Our job is getting a patient from Facebook, Google or the website into the chair. What happens after she sits down belongs to the clinic.

We work with dental clinics across the Philippines, and we take on a small number at a time so each one is looked after properly. There is no contract and no lock-in. If it is not earning its fee, cancel at the end of the month, and everything we built stays yours.

How we work

Say the limits out loud

We stop at the clinic door. No payments, no HMO claims, no records, nothing clinical.

No lock-in, ever

Cancel at the end of any month. Your page, your patient list and your website stay yours.

Show the work

A report every Monday, and every conversation open for you to read whenever you want.

Turn down the wrong clinic

If your chair is already full, the audit will say so and we will leave you to it.

If you want to talk before anything else, everything you need is on the contact page.

Free audit

Find out what your Facebook page and your Google listing are costing you.

Give us your clinic name and a way to reach you. We look at your page and your listing the way a patient does, and write you what we find. It is free, there is nothing to sign, and if we think you do not need us we will say so.
